Meet Chef Wade
WB’s Kitchen was born out of COVID, when Chef Wade saw an opportunity to bring home-cooked meals to his neighbors during a time when going out wasn’t possible. What started as a way to serve the community through small gatherings and meals at home quickly grew into something more.
Before creating WB’s Kitchen, Chef Wade Burch, CEC, refined his culinary talents, with experience in kitchens from New York to San Francisco. He has held positions at notable properties including The Plaza Hotel in New York, the Pan Pacific in San Francisco, and Dallas favorites like the Crescent Court Hotel. A two-time Food Network Chopped Champion, he trained at the School for American Chefs at Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley and further developed his expertise in wine at the renowned Windows on the World Wine School in New York City.
Chef lives in Frisco with his wife Lisa, and their three daughters. He’s active in the community and is most often found at the restaurant doing what he loves, feeding and connecting with guests.
On the rare weekend he's away, you'll likely find him at one his girls' college campuses cheering on football and fully embracing his role as a proud girl dad!
Chef Wade continues to grow WB's into a place where people come together, whether in our dining room or around their own table, always with the same thoughtful, chef-driven approach at the center.
